These Terms govern your use of Bookaplace (the website and related mobile applications, the “Service”), provided by Eureka Soft EOOD (“Company”, “we”, “us”).
By using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Bookaplace.
Some features require an Account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity under your Account.
You may book Services by finding a venue, selecting a service and time, and confirming the reservation. You should receive confirmation through the Service (and email where configured).
You may cancel or change reservations through Bookaplace up to the deadline allowed for that booking. Always check the individual venue’s cancellation rules.
Prices are set by partner venues. Unless stated otherwise, payment is collected by the venue on site.
You agree to use Bookaplace only for lawful purposes and not to:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of Bookaplace, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Venue services are provided by independent partners.
We may suspend or terminate your Account and access to Bookaplace at any time where necessary, including for breaches of these Terms.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on Bookaplace and/or sent by email where appropriate.
