Delete your Bookaplace account

You can delete your Bookaplace account yourself from Profile. Deletion is a one-time process — once completed, the account cannot be restored the same way a simple logout can.

Sign in to Bookaplace, open Profile, and start Delete account. We email a confirmation code that is valid for 5 minutes and required in the confirmation dialog. Only the account owner can start this process.

• Go to Profile while signed in (web or app).
• Start Delete account and request a code to your account email.
• Enter the 6-digit code (valid for 5 minutes) and confirm the irreversible step.
• After completion you will be signed out and will need a new registration to use Bookaplace again.

Account deletion is not the same as signing out or clearing a device session. It permanently requests removal of your Account access and associated personal data according to our Privacy Policy and legal retention needs (for example records we must keep for a limited time).

You cannot undo deletion from the app or website. If you delete by mistake, contact support — recovery is not guaranteed.

• Cancel any upcoming reservations you no longer need under My reservations.
• Download or note booking references you may still need with a venue.
• Remember that partner venues may still hold their own records of past visits.
