How do I know my reservation is confirmed?
Right after you finish booking you see a confirmation screen with a reference code. We also send an email with venue details and an attached calendar file (.ics).
How is payment handled?
Most Bookaplace venues take payment at reception (cash or card) right before your slot starts. If a venue requires prepayment, you will see that before the final confirmation.
Can I share the booking with family or teammates?
Yes. Confirmation emails include share options so you can pass the calendar event to partners or colleagues.
